75 new chicks arrived at the farm today!

This one arrived in October, and boy is HE growin! We arrived at the local post office on a drizzling day!
and we patiently (NOT) awaited our turn!
we could hear the chicks peeping the minute we entered the post office!

a possible triple yoker?

Well, one of our Araucana hen's did it again! This egg is just shy of 3 1/2" in length! Here is a photo next to my driver's licence and next to an extra-large normal egg our hens lay! I guess we will have to wait until breakfast to find out if it is!
