Quite an age range. What is your thoughts and your advice about ages between children?

my advice on the child spacing...

do not wait,

have them,

keep them coming as they play well together with no gaps (speaking from experience), (gaps are not good)

Don't let others influence your ways of having children, listen to your heart and to God, (we listened to others and that is alot of the gaps :) )

obviously your wife should be on board with this 150%

they are all miracles and blessings and why wouldn't we want more Godly seed on this planet?

go for it!

don't look at your check book...

Such a lovely photo. We too have found the closer they are the better they get along. Having said that it has been wonderful to see how my 17 year old son interacts with his baby brother - has brought out a real tenderness in his character which I was unaware of.

Well now I'm scared to have more children because there would be a large age gap. I've been scared it would be a bad decision. Did we just miss that window and now it's too late? I trust your advice because you've been there.

I don't think there would be too much of a gap between kids my wife and I are both pretty distant in age from our siblings and we got along great and get along great. Siblings have that sibling bond.

I was thinking some space is nice because I did not want to end up with two at the same stage at the same time. Two in high chairs, needing pack and plays etc. But with 5 years between them I think I forgot everything and will have to learn it again.

Tanya, we basically "started over" with the last 2. a 6 year gap between the last 2. I would do it over again this way, just wished there wasn't a gap and I had more to fill it :)

Gotcha! I thought you were saying if there was a large gap to not even consider it because it was no good. How we all wish we could turn back the clock knowing what we know now.
Blessings!
