Our first soap class of the season today!

We had a nice turn out today for our old-fashioned soap making class! the menu consisted of wild Michigan Leeks, our own grout cherry and heirloom German tomato soup with horseradish, homemade Maple Valley egg-salad with wild chives and wonderful homemade organic whole wheat and organic spelt flour (more information later). We served our very own herbal grown Amish tea with a wonderful rhubarb desert straight from the garden!
Thank you to all who participated today! Don't miss our other wonderful up and coming courses at Maple Valley off-grid Farm as well! A unique experience for sure!

We love meeting new friends! We hope to meet you soon as well...

Sure brings back delightful memories of sitting at your table and feasting on your culinary accomplishments. And the hospitality...the horses...the children...oh, and learning a skill.
