Reminds me a little bit of our options for supper tonight--chicken soup made with homemade broth on Thursday and spanish rice with tomatoes, onions, hot and bell peppers harvested from our garden this morning! Toasted homemade oatmeal bread as a side! Can't beat everything homemade! Yours sounds delish and I wish I were there to join you!
