Drying some of our organic stevia

For teas this fall and winter! We will break off a piece to sweeten our Maple Valley mint and fennel tea!

We have lots of mint and love to make tea from it! What is your ratio with fennel?

Angie, question. I bought stevia from a amish greenhouse farm and, it doesn't seem sweet. Did the farmer maybe get some other kind of stevia or, do I need to do something different to my plant? I have two growing in deep pots on my porch that gets about 6 hrs of sun.

Good any idea?
