Haha, I spent the afternoon chasing our goats around the yard, as they keep finding the littlest holes in their temporary fence! They were kicking up their heels and bounding through the yard, spring must be in the air today!!
I love watching free range goats! They do so many funny things.
She had free range Corgi's, for sure!
Yes, I think she did...LOVE the photo.Connie
I love free range goats but my yard does not. I had planted some azaleas last year. One of my goats got out and a few days later got really sick. We thought it was ketosis. Did all the treatments and she got better. She was 3 months pregnant then, by the way. Then a few days later I noticed one of my azaleas only had one little stem. She had eaten a whole azalea bush. She is very lucky to be alive right now. They are very poisonous to goats. She is a few weeks away from kidding right now and huge. So be careful you don't have ivy and azaleas or anything in that family in your free ranging area. Also apple trees don't fare very well either.
