look what a few seeds can do!

Our gardens are in full swing this time of year! All the yummy and fresh goodness is intoxicating! Look here where we started and now see below! I understand the phrase, "The faith of a mustard seed"...

We are enjoying eating fresh all summer now! I love the nasturtiums the best, these delicious peppery red and edible flowers and leaves really spice up an ordinary salad! How is your garden growing? do tell!

It is mid winter here but in my region of Australia you can have a garden all year round! I have a bathtub garden full of nasturtiums - after the summer/autumn veggies finished the nasturtiums kept on growing and have now overtaken the tub. I recently planted lemongrass and the mandarin tree is loaded again. My favourite micro-green is Lebanese cress and that has also filled a large pot.

Growing not so good here, sadly. We had SO much rain that the tomatoes got water-logged and look not much bigger than the day we planted them 1 month ago. Peas are OK, as are the peppers and potatoes. But I live for the fresh, vine-ripened tomatoes:(

We're another few weeks away from raspberries and nasturtiums .. and our corn should be knee high by now .. but it's not quite there yet.

We have had rhubarb for two months and our June strawberries are just now ripening .. but the crop looks good and full. Salad greens are growing good as well.

Your garden looks wonderful! My garden is coming along. We are eating from it and I've planted more seeds for a continual harvest. Will have to try some nasturtiums. Can't say I've ever had some.
