Taught by the adorable “Farmgirl Cyn” – www.cindy50.blogspot.com
Join us as we learn the basic steps to making yogurt, kefir, creme fraiche, and ricotta cheese right in your own kitchen! We will be using farm fresh raw milk for our demos, but most of these recipes can be made with pasteurized milk. No special, hard to find ingredients will be necessary....these are recipes your great grandma would have made!

We will serve you a wonderful farm luncheon at the Maple Cottage and some tasting of the course!
